    Could be because I’m lucky but I visited today and the environment was clean. Like super clean. The cleanest BK location I’ve ever visited lol. Staff were friendly and service was quick. Food was hot and fresh. That little bacon cheeseburger I got was very tasty. Would come again when I’m working at the congress center. And they also decorated all the tables with the BK paper crown. Actually kinda cute.

    Great location for fast fresh burger king! I enjoyed a promotional burger on this visit, the Wednesday whopper for Halloween 2024. I usually like to come here on Wednesdays only for their deal on whopper combos. This location had a decently clean washroom. The eating area was spacious but it was Smokey during the lunch rush that day I visited.

    Stopped by this location on a Saturday evening around 9pm on my way back to Waterloo. I ordered a whopper sandwich with cheese and it was by far one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. The size was decent, the patty was hot, smokey, and perfectly salted. The buns were fresh and soft. The iceberg lettuce and onions were so fresh and crispy and not spicy at all. Sauce was also of just the right amount. Each ingredient is how they meant to be and together they created the perfect whopper I’ve ever had!! I WILL stop by this location again for a great burger experience. Keep the standard please!

    Just recently visited this location of Burger King I was surprised by service and the taste of burger. Everything was great. I ordered a junior burger combo it was on special for 5 only. The lady which took my order was very nice and she explained me all the deals they had right now. It wasn’t crowded. This location also has a drive through which sometimes is very needed.

    2 Yums Way Up! LISA & her incredible team are a sterling example of how excellent service should look like! When trying to imagine how the service was when Burger King was being built as a the restaurant that we know & love today than I can only imagine it was just like the experience I had here with LISA & her team! I was enthusiastically greeted with a smile & my order was prepared quickly with LISA making sure that my fries were fresh without me having to even ask her even saying at the end ' We Try To Make Sure That Every Customer Leaves Happy' ' Without Our Customers This Door Wouldn't Be Open' My new go to Burger King in Toronto!

    Well, this is my first time to give a feedback. Why not, if you got really good service . We visited there last Sunday and Some of the best service I have ever gotten and I must appreciate Harpreet and other women working in the kitchen ,these ladies doing hard work and fast even the big line up there. They were very kind and patient seemed to actually enjoy working here. We order mozz fries and The food was great with very few people so we got it within 3 minutes. Overall this was the best service I have gotten and wish there was service like this everywhere.

    I came here yesterday with my friends while we were coming back from Anime North that was taking place right beside this building. Obviously the place was packed with people, but this is expected during a big event like this. There was a malfunction going on in the area since the kiosks and credit card readers did not work meaning that only people with physical cash could be served at that time (Even when I was at Anime North beside this building, a lot of credit card readers did not work at the event. So this malfunction was not Burger King's fault. This seems like something that was effecting everyone in the area at the time). The reason I'm giving this specific Burger King place a perfect review is because not only were the staff and manager extremely prepared, professional, friendly to the customers, and understanding of the whole situation of what was happening with the digital payments, but my food was prepared very quickly and carefully in only a matter of a few minutes. And the reason I was shocked at the speed of things was because I had to order 4 different meal combos for my friends since they couldn't pay at the time due to the digital payment malfunction. Plus, there were already so many people in the building ordering at the time. I thought maybe at first the food was undercooked because of how short the wait was. But no, the food was perfect and none of my friends got sick. I'm honestly still surprised at how perfectly this all went for both my friends and the people working there at the time. I hope all the employees working that day and shift got payed extra because they absolutely deserve it. I wish more fast food places had this level of professionalism, kindness, and service. I will 100% be coming back here to eat with my friends the next time we come back from Anime North. Thank you again!
